We are CGC Company, seeking qualified and experienced professionals for our upcoming Oil & Gas brownfield project under Aramco standards. These roles are crucial in ensuring the successful execution, compliance, and safety of large-scale civil and industrial projects. Each position plays a vital part in maintaining project timelines, delivering quality work, ensuring safety protocols, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will oversee and participate in project planning, supervision, and execution according to Aramco and Oil & Gas industry requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing site teams, monitoring quality standards, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with various departments to deliver project milestones on time and within budget. Additionally, candidates must enforce compliance with civil and brownfield construction standards, maintain documentation, and support effective communication across all levels of the project.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must bring proven expertise and hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in Aramco projects. Strong leadership, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities are required to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges. Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills are essential for effective coordination. Applicants must hold relevant qualifications and possess the required years of experience listed for each role. Familiarity with safety practices, quality standards, and project management principles in civil and brownfield projects is mandatory.

Project Manager – 15–20 years’ experience

Construction Manager – 10–15 years’ experience

Civil Engineer – 8–10 years’ experience

Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – 5–8 years’ experience

Foreman – 5–8 years’ experience

HSE Manager – 10–12 years’ experience

HSE Officer – 5–8 years’ experience

QC Manager – 10–12 years’ experience

QC Inspector – 8–10 years’ experience

Surveyor – 8–10 years’ experience
