Key Responsibilities
The Rigger Level 1 is responsible for setting up rigging equipment, inspecting lifting gear, and following safe lifting procedures under the supervision of senior riggers or lifting supervisors. The role involves attaching loads to cranes or hoists, guiding movements during lifts, and ensuring all lifting operations comply with company safety guidelines. Additionally, the rigger must communicate clearly with crane operators and team members to coordinate movements and prevent hazards on site.
