Description
The Structural QC Inspector plays a vital role in ensuring that all structural works meet the required industry standards and client specifications. This position is especially important in projects associated with ARAMCO, where compliance with strict quality standards is mandatory. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on construction activities to ensure safety, durability, and structural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
The Structural QC Inspector is responsible for supervising structural works at every stage of the project, from material inspection to final installation. Duties include conducting on-site inspections, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications, and coordinating with construction teams to resolve quality-related issues. The inspector also prepares and maintains detailed reports, communicates non-conformities, and ensures corrective actions are implemented promptly to maintain project quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
This role requires strong technical knowledge of structural engineering, materials, and quality control processes. The candidate must be ARAMCO approved, with proven experience in quality inspection within oil & gas or large-scale construction projects. Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with industry codes, safety protocols, and ARAMCO standards is mandatory. Prior hands-on experience in QC documentation and project compliance will be highly advantageous.
