Description

Key Responsibilities
The Laminator is responsible for preparing surfaces, applying resin and reinforcement layers, and carrying out lamination work in line with technical specifications. The role involves cutting, shaping, and assembling laminated materials while ensuring accurate finishing. Laminators must monitor curing processes, perform inspections, and repair defects when necessary. Additionally, they work closely with supervisors and quality control teams to ensure that all tasks are performed safely and meet international standards.
Skills and Knowledge
A successful Laminator should have hands-on experience with FPI & JCC lamination processes, including knowledge of materials, chemicals, and equipment used in the trade. Attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to follow engineering drawings are critical. Candidates should be familiar with workplace safety standards and must be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
